Chalet 'Du Wason' with Private Terrace, Garden, and Balcony

Chalet Du Wason is located in Xonrupt-Longemer and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Spanning three floors, the property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and a mezzanine with a window and a 160 x 200 bed that can be closed off with large curtains, as well as two bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Amenities include a TV, washing machine, books and toys for children, a baby cot, and a high chair. Please note there is no Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen, or towels provided. The private outdoor area offers a garden, open terrace, balcony, barbecue, and a play area for children. Parking is available on site. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. The host lives nearby. Firewood for the wood stove is provided. The Finnish bath on site is not available for rent.



The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers only floor and bathroom cleaning. You are asked to leave the property in a reasonably clean state: dishes washed, personal belongings put away, and trash removed. The municipality of Xonrupt-Longemer does not offer door-to-door trash collection; waste must be taken to the nearest communal collection point, 300 m from the chalet on the same street. If the property is left excessively dirty or trash is not removed, part of your deposit may be withheld. Photos will be taken at check-in and check-out to document the property’s condition. In case of rain, wind, or storms, the parasol and awning must be closed. Beds and furniture should be put back in their original positions.
