"The breakfast had a good selection but I paid for an expresso coffee as the coffee was not strong enough. The sauna etc was being renovated so we couldn’t use it. Staff were always attentive and helpful. It was close enough to walk to the market and shopping center."

"Muito bom"

They also offered a $10 airport transfer. I didn't want it, but they insisted, so I accepted. It didn't come close to...

"Stayed at Vinpearl for one night on a business trip to HCM and booked a Panoramic Suite. Shortly after checking in, I found that the lights in my room wouldn’t turn off. I called Guest Services, and over the next 90–120 minutes, 3–4 staff and maintenance people came in and out with ladders and equipment, with quite a bit of banging and noise. They eventually fixed it, but it was very inconvenient. Having multiple people working in my room for nearly two hours was extremely inconvenient,...
