"This was my second stay at the hotel, and we booked a room with lounge access. Since my check-in was late at night after a long train journey, I sent a request to the hotel asking them to set aside some food from the lounge so we could eat. I received no response, nor was my request fulfilled. At check-in, the lounge was still open, but dinner had already ended, and nothing was saved for us. The hotel restaurants had also closed, as had the shopping mall next door."

"Excellent hotel in prime location . The only downside, breakfast does not cater to Western taste.management tried their best. They also need to pay attention to the bakery section as the heat lamp dries out the pastry."

The room key didn't activate the elevator, so we needed to get a new room key at the Holiday Inn front desk. This was frustrating and confusing. Once we got in the room, we were surprised that the room smelled of faint stale cigarette smoke.
Those things aside, the room was efficiently laid out, the staff were energetic and happy to assist. The bed, shower, etc. were comfortable. The...

"This hotel is located across the street from the Zhengzhoudong railway station so it is very convenient if you plan to do day trips to Luoyang or Kaifeng. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but they did offer free breakfast with my room. The location is also within walking distance to MixC so you can do some shopping or grab a meal."
