"Hotel staff are excellent! They provided us with local recommendation sheet, all speak English. Before we went out, they offered us water and mask (on windy days). They are also willing to answer any questions we had! Services are great! Free laundry were provided and the clothes were usually done within 8 hours. Rooms are cozy and clean. Air-con worked well and heat up the room quickly during winter. Cannot say enough thank you to the warm and welcoming staffs!"

Chegamos tarde e eles nos ofereceram um lanchinho com frutas e sementes… muito gostoso! O quarto é pequeno, porém para pouco dias é excelente. Muito charmoso. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in Beijing for a 10 days family vacation. I took a chance and booked us a location that was off the touristy spot where all the big hotels were - so glad I did - VUE is a hidden gem. We took to walking around the Hutong neighborhoods right away, my father loved his morning walks in Houhai Park which was right behind the hotel.
