"We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best."

"Such a great experience! The location is fantastic—I could walk to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. There’s also a mall next door with plenty of food and drink options. The hotel room is well-equipped, and the in-unit all-in-one washer/dryer is a great convenience. The walk-in shower and separate bathtub add to the comfort. Since a room key is required for the elevator, I felt safe leaving my electronics in the room while exploring the city. All the staff members were...
