"Perdemos o voo de ligação e fomos para este hotel de ultima hora. A maior surpresa às 04h da manha servem um pequeno almoço fantastico para quem tem voos durante a noite. A Sra. da receção nessa madrugada foi incrivel, no check in tbm correu tudo muito rapido, foi mesmo muito bom!"

"Hotel confortável e limpo, perfeito para quem precisa passar uma noite para seguir viagem. Nos colocaram em um quarto adaptado, não entendemos, mas não prejudicou a estadia. Facilidade para jantar e tomar café da manhã no próprio hotel. Oferece transfer para o aeroporto, o que super indico porque o uber é complicado no aeroporto de Manchester e não é tão perto para ir a pé. "

"Best thing about this hotel is Amir Hamza. He is the friendliest of the persons on the earth. His customer services skill were great. I had very late check in and he was worried because my arrival was around 10:30pm. Hamza called me to check if I was still coming. He showed me the room and facilities. It is a nice hotel with some good features. Some things can be improved however I cannot complain. I have rebooked here 3 times just based on service. "

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. All the beds were broken in some way & extremely uncomfortable, no decent nights sleep were had by the 6 of us. 1 room had a burnt out extension lead. Dark coloured futon with...

"The rooms was fantastic, large and clean, very comfortable bed and while it is a bit 'cookie cutter' in appearance, it's what you need to get a good nights sleep before a flight. The staff were good and the shuttle rocketed me on time so can't complain. Only 'negative' thing is that the hallways near the lifts/elevators could use some updating, otherwise, great place. "

"We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the area fairly quiet. It’s a short walk into town, so very conveniently positioned. The staff were very helpful and responsive, even agreeing to a late check out at short notice which was much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again and I recommend it to others."
