"We stayed one night as we were touring the area. We brought coffee to make in the morning, and enjoyed the birds in the yard. We drove 30 min to get a lovely breakfast at a local diner. There were lovely perks from the host and it would be a great place for crafters."

"We came up for the weekend for our fanily reunion . The house is old & smells like an old house, which isn't a bad thing. The house was clean & tidy. We couldn't find the hot tub,but it was all good. We didn't spend much time at the house, except for sleeping & watching tv in the evening. Thank you for a pleasant stay."

"This cutie of a home was very clean and had everything we could need for a stay in Rochester. Quiet neighborhood. Corner lot VRBO with parking. The host was responsive, offered an earlier check in, had chocolate as a thank you for us, k-cups and tea, and even a well instructed guide book for the checkout process and use of items in the home.We would recommend this place and we would return here for another stay."

"We stayed at the house for a week and had our dogs along.The house was clean, well stocked, and the host was helpful and prompt in communicating. The deck and fenced in yard was nice. There was a grill that we used, and it worked well. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a park located right across the road. There were sidewalks for walking and house is in a convenient location. Close to downtown, grocery stores, gas stations, etc.We would stay again if needed a place in Rochester. "

"What a wonderful cozy place to stay. This house met all of our needs. The bed was soft and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and everything was clean and neat. I loved the extra touch provided by all of the extra soft throw blankets. And you can't beat the convenient location."
