The building has an elevator that goes up to the 5th floor. Parking is available only if a space is free. There are only about 6 parking spaces for the entire building. The apartment is centrally located in the pedestrian zone and offers a fabulous view of the water and Wyk. It’s about a 10- to 15-minute walk to the Wellenbad.
There is a bicycle storage room in the building’s basement. If space is available, you’re welcome to store your bicycles there!
