On the lower level is a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. Directly opposite is the shower room with a washing machine. Adjoining this is the spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen is equipped with a variety of electrical appliances, ample cookware and tableware, a large 250-liter refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a four-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven.

The comfortable dining area offers enough space for six people to eat or enjoy games. Two high chairs are available for small children.

For relaxing, there are comfortable three-seater and two-seater sofas as well as armchairs. An LCD television and a radio/CD player (compatible with USB drives, audio DVDs, CDs, CD-Rs, MP3, and WMA CDs) are provided. If it gets chilly in the evening or during the winter, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere. The covered and sheltered terrace, furnished with plenty of chairs and a table, sun loungers, cushions, and a barbecue grill, is accessible from the living room. A staircase with safety gates on both sides leads to the upper floor.

Here you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and a television. There is also a second bedroom with two single beds and a fixed crib. Between the bedrooms is a guest toilet and a wardrobe with a built-in safe.

The house includes a private parking space directly in front of the house.
