Please note that the final cleaning with 80 € must be paid at the end of your stay. That is a very fair price for the huge apartment.

The spacious, light-flooded apartment covers the entire upper floor and has approx. 150 sqm, 2 bedrooms - one of which is a perfectly arranged children's room, a top-equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a very spacious living room with dining area, tiled stove and cozy corner. The also spacious inner courtyard is completely at your disposal. Comfortable hours at the tiled stove and an additional wood stove in our comfort corner - time out for body and soul. If you are interested in larger events, please contact us, as the barn can also be used. Our objects are gladly used for family celebrations or company events.

In addition, we have a bread delivery service on weekends, Nordic Walking tours (also guided) that start directly at the house, mushroom excursions in autumn, herb hikes, production of our own herbal teas, Franconian snack basket on the go ... Further information can be found in our extensive portfolio on site. We would also be happy to provide you with e-bikes.

You can take advantage of countless leisure opportunities with us, e.g. For example: hikes in the Fichtelgebirge in all seasons, bike tours, great MTB trails, children's playground, raft on the village pond, swimming opportunities nearby, fireplace on the spacious grounds. In winter there are plenty of opportunities for skiing and cross-country skiing as well as snowshoe tours in the high Fichtel Mountains.

Here you can enjoy and relax in every season. As a wellness and massage therapist, I offer you wonderful, pampering and soothing massages that you can book at any time. Pure relaxation.

In front of the house there is a very nice veranda with seating and a grill. You have the house and the courtyard to yourself and are therefore completely undisturbed.

The award-winning bridge cycle path Bavaria-Bohemia runs just a kilometer away, on which you can cycle through the neighboring towns to Asch or in the other direction to the Fichtelsee.
For mountain bikers there are many challenging cross country tours and a unique, free course on the nearby ox head.
The hiking routes in the Fichtelgebirge are also legendary, there are 3,600 km of marked hiking trails nearby, including breathtaking experiences such as the rock labyrinth at the Luisenburg or the impressive rock towers on the Rudolfstein.

For interested people, we also offer herb walks and mushroom excursions in the nearby fields and forests.

There is also a lot for those interested in culture: the two World Heritage cities of Bamberg and Regensburg are within easy reach for a day trip! The festival city of Wunsiedel with the oldest natural stage in Germany is on the doorstep, the Wagner city of Bayreuth is only 40 km away. There are also numerous museums in the immediate vicinity, e.g. B. the Fichtelgebirge Museum, the largest Bavarian regional museum, and the Porzellanikon to name just two. Other highlights such as the Waldsassen monastery with its world-famous library by Karl Stilp and the pilgrimage churches "Kappl" and "Maria Hilf" in Fuchsmühl can be found in the vicinity.

The equipment of the apartment is of a high standard. After the entrance area you will find a spacious, modern kitchen, which is integrated into the very large living room. There is also a master bedroom for 2 people and a baby, and another bedroom with a double and 2 single beds. The bathroom is very modern with a shower, bath and toilet. A total of 150 m² of living space is available, plus the 400 m² inner courtyard.

The prices shown are final prices including all additional costs for electricity, water, heating, bed linen and a small selection of towels, but excluding final cleaning.
