The English-speaking staff were incredibly helpful—they arranged all our tours and tickets, making the whole trip stress-free. "It was the most frustrating hotel for years of my experience. Which is 50 countries, 180 cities, over 300 hotels. No telephone, iron, TV set in the room. It is very cold in the whole motel. Only two rooms were occupied inc ours. Cheapest sleepers one can imagine. Meal was better in chinese university, where i studied 30 years ago. Dead bird and cigarettes at balcony. Extremely cold in bathroom and no privacy from living room. Pictures on Hotels.com are nice and starring high but in reality it is...

"The property is really nice and decent complimentary breakfast. The staff were very amazing and helpful! Sara contacted me once I booked and she help me with everything from airport transfer to getting a private guide for the national forest on a days notice! If you get the chance ask for terry he was very knowledgeable of the park and the city and was an amazing guide and experience of my trip!"

"The rooms were spotless and the staff wonderful, unfortunately the property is quite run down ie the pool area and property facade. The staff are amazing and so hospitable, going out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The comp breakfast was very welcomed as no places to eat in the area, we also ate dinner one night and it was lovely, simple and tasty. It’s a quick walk to the middle gate entry too national park. Taxis to/from property are about 50yuan to Wulingyuan and 100yuan to...
