Holiday home in Wrixum with terrace

This beautiful home, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, offers a wonderful setting for up to 5 people to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a maritime atmosphere.

The allergy-friendly, non-smoking semi-detached house "Heimathafen" was extensively renovated and newly furnished in spring 2017. The maritime ambiance, the charming wooden beamed ceiling, and the wood-burning stove invite you to linger in the living and dining area with its spacious dining table, LCD satellite TV, and DVD player. From here, you can also access the furnished, sheltered south-facing terrace with a beach chair (April to October) and the generous garden. Adjacent to the living area is the open, modern, and fully equipped "comfort galley" with a comprehensive range of amenities, a dishwasher, and a ceramic hob with oven. Also on the ground floor is a brightly tiled shower room. Upstairs, you will find three harmoniously furnished bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds that can be pushed together, and a third bedroom has a single bed that can be converted into a double bed (1.80 x 2.0 m).

A travel cot can also be set up here. The tastefully designed full bathroom is perfect for a relaxing soak. The house is furnished in a stylish maritime style, and high-quality materials, hand-picked accessories, and custom-made fixtures make this a dream vacation destination.

Additional amenities include a parking space, coin-operated washing machine and dryer, a shared coin-operated sauna and relaxation room in the middle house (number 13), and a small children's playground. All shops, the beach, and the town of Wyk are just a short bike ride away. Like the owners, our guests are non-smokers.
