• Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. A pet fee of $100 per dog, per stay applies and will be included in your booking total if your dog(s) are added at the time of booking. If you haven't added your pet(s) to your reservation, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist. Alternatively, you may submit an official change request through the booking platform to have the additional pet fee added to your reservation.

• Parties, gatherings and events are not allowed.
• The river is across the street and accessible via a short walk on a well-marked path.
• Guests have the option to use the dock for an additional fee of $20 per day or $100 per week. The dock is privately owned by the host and is shared with family members who may occasionally be staying in a family-owned cottage across the street. Please reach out if you’d like to arrange access.
