This is the first time I've stayed at a VRBO that the property exceeded all expectations - there was no need to contact the host because the property was clean, well-stocked & everything worked ! Critical infomation such as Wi-Fi, house rules, checkout instructions & how to contact the host were clearly posted in a visible location. It was really interesting to learn about the history of this 1949 converted schoolhouse & the views of the Susquehanna were lovely. The hot tub was fantastic ! My friend & I thouroughly enjoyed our short stay in Wrightsville. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

A great little cottage on beautiful Lake Clarke! So clean and user friendly. We would have appreciated a box of tissues. Something happened in a storm and the hot tub got knocked out. It was one of the main reason we chose this house. We got to use it the first night. Too late on night two to contact anyone. Overall great cottage and a fun experience.

Our 4 day / 3 night stay at the little schoolhouse was awesome. The house was clean, cozy and in an amazing location for our family. We were close to Dutch Wonderland, great food, and right off the water. Between the charm of the schoolhouse with working school bell, smores over the firepit and firefly catching, we couldn't have asked for more. We hope to come back for another visit soon!

We were in the area for a basketball tournament and decided to try and Air B&B Vs traditional hotel room. The extra space and hot tub were great for accommodating our family to enable us to take a break from the activity.

Super cute little school house. Very well thought out. Great parks and places to walk the dogs nearby. Klineā€™s mill park was great. And my older shep loved swimming in the Susquehanna River. Beautiful views of the river in the am. Very peaceful , tranquil and serene. BLESSED BY GOD TO HAVE GONE THERE

I needed a few days of peace and quiet and this place was perfect. Being in the hot tub while looking uo and the stars was so relaxing. The history behind the house is awesome with it being an old school house. Thank you for a peaceful weekend, we did not want to leave!

Greatly enjoyed our stay, hosts thought of pretty much everything. What we liked: 1. Clean 2. Towels/linens/soap/shampoo provided. 3. Plenty of natural light and different layers of light for nighttime 4. Conveniently located, easy to find 5. K-cups provided for coffee maker, so you donā€™t have to buy 6. Plenty of parking 7. Nice, level yard thatā€™s surprisingly tranquil given how close it is to the road. 8. Check-out instructions are ridiculously easy; weā€™ve stayed at places that had a full page of check-out instructions. Things to know: 1. Front door is VERY close to the road, and drivers zoom by. Stay in the back bedroom if you are a light sleeper. 2. House is a reconverted schoolhouse (it even has old-time Class Pictures of the students sitting out front!), and the owners took great pains to preserve its history. They did an amazing job, but be aware the floor is original too and some of the boards dip and are a little spongy. Keep an eye out if you have little ones learning to walk.
