"I liked the fact that the rooms had cooktops but most extended stay locations offer the use of pots, pans, plates, spoons, and knives which this location does not offer. Everyone at the front desk was amazing, but the cleaners at the property need proper training. The room was not the cleanest and when they performed their weekly cleaning there were always things that were missed. I own a janitorial service company and we also do housekeeping so I understand the struggle with finding quality...

"We never got the email with the check in code and didn’t realize that until we were at the door. After about 45 mins of calling vrbo support and the owner we finally got in. Our stay was amazing! It was accurately described and the perfect little get away we needed. The perfect size, location and atmosphere for a new couple."

"This was a fantastic stay and exactly what I needed for my single night visit. 10 minutes from downtown so when I arrived in town early was able to find things to kill time. No issues with check in, Lee was very kind through the messaging system.I was in town for an event and the property was in a 5 minute walk so that was another plus!"

"The location was perfect for our stay in Wilmington, a few blocks from the waterfront and Downtown and its numerous restaurants. There was a main water break in corner of the street the night before our last, but it was not communicated to us, we happened to walk by it, so I sent a message to the property manager to let them know (so they could let the other tenant know as well) but never heard back from him/her. "What a great hidden gem! Great location near the historic district. Parking was great but a little narrow driveway for our big truck! We were able to get curb parking. The living room was so cozy! Everything is brand new. We will stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you for a great place to stay."
