"Our host was really helpful and made things super easy. We were just passing through for work and typically sat in a hotel room but there were just no good choices in Manchester, IA so we found this lovely place on the lake. It was very clean , quiet and comfortable. The bed I slept in was in the master and it was really comfortable!! I would definitely stay here again! Very nice place with a nice view on the lake!!"

"The house was very welcoming and perfect for our stay. The three bathrooms worked great for our group size. We liked the location downtown and quick access to any part of town. Host was super easy to communicate with on check-in process and any questions during the weekend. We will definitely stay again if availability next time we are in town. "

"Very clean, close to restaurants, easy check in. Check in at 4 is a little late, wish it was at 3. The only negative is that it's right by the train tracks ans the train came every day early in the morning."

Walking and hiking trails were located across the road from us. We had an issue with the oven but the manager was quick to reply to our message. We would return for another stay. "

"Great location to baseball fields we played at. Great neighborhood with close proximity to most of our needs with children (eating options, coffee shops, ice cream, and city swimming pool). The house met our needs and was very clean/comfortable! Host was very prompt in answering our questions! Would definitely stay here again should our travels bring us back to Dyersville again!"

"The property was fantastic, its not on the water but the Mississippi is 5 blocks away. There is a small fire pit and a grill in the backyard. The backyard is a little underwhelming but it was dark and our group enjoyed the fire.We had multiple groups come through and spend the night. There were plenty of sheets and blankets to do a full bed change for each group. We had to use our own Disney sign in but there was a smart tv in the living room and every bedroom."

"We loved our stay at the Barn-dominium. We arrived late and Tim had a fire going in the fireplace for us upon arival. The place was the perfect size and the details that Tim put into it were amazing. By far the best Vrbo we have stayed at in Dubuque and we will continue to return to this place. The adjustable bed was very nice and we enjoyed all the unique lighting throughout the place. We wish we could have had the time to stay longer."

"My family stayed in this house for my nephew’s wedding. The location was great. The house had a large pool which we enjoyed very much. The house has many updates and was very clean and nice. We had a wonderful stay "

"Great location and condo was extremely clean. Check in instructions were very clear. The 2nd pull-out couch, though not used, was very hard, even to sit on. Glad we didn't have to sleep on it. The larger couch was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked and bathroom was huge and very clean. Only complaint was the train that came by at 5:00am every morning and tooted its horn as a wake-up call!"
