Needs updated badly. Mattress was bad, couldn’t sleep. Bathroom had a lot of issues.

It was a wonderful stay, their rooms were clean, and they have smart TVs and long-distance calling which was a surprise seeing that other hotels charge so much and still do not have something like that. I really enjoyed the breakfast nice varieties to choose from. I also see that they are doing some updates in the rooms, which I cannot wait to see the next time when I stay! The staff was absolutely lovely and polite. I recommend this stay for anyone on a budget given how prices are so high nowadays!

Just visiting family and had a great experience at the Town House. The staff was wonderful and so kind. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Love the smart tv! I can see they have some things they are renovating. Definitely will be staying here again!

I am sorry to hear about the experience. If you were to look around town they are charging over 100.00. Our prices seem reasonable compared to others.

Tyler,We are sorry to hear about the experience you had. We aren't sure how to help when we ran your credit card multiple times, your card was not reading the chip. Other methods we could have accepted were using another credit card or paying cash. If you did not have the funds to pay for the room, how can we accept that? No one is going to give you a free room :)

Nice, quiet place and the rooms are a little more spacious than the other hotels/motels in town. They have smart tv which is a plus! Clean rooms.

The room was clean and spacious. The location of the property is a walking distance to local restaurants and the gas station next door is helpful. What I LOVED the most was their smart tv. I was able to get access using my account to watch Hulu/Netflix. They had options to install their own Wii or game console. I look forward to my next stay here.

I couldn’t sit on the toilet since it was so low to the floor and the seat was too small in size! There was no room to move around in the bathroom area! The sink was in a great place! The TV was tiny and didn’t come in clear!

Super friendly staff, and very easy check-in. The place was right in town so it was a walkable distance for pretty much anything. They had a nice gas station next door for any last-minute food/beverages. The beds were nice and comfortable. They had a nice little complimentary/on-the-go breakfast in the room.

Not bad.
This is an older hotel right in the middle of town. The location is great and it was probably a great motel sixty or seventy years ago. The current owners seem to be doing a good job keeping it up. The room was clean and comfortable and I was surprised at the complimentary breakfast in the room of instant oatmeal, crackers and juice. The room also had a full size coffee maker, microwave and a medium sized refrigerator. Some of the patched together fixes and the random cables running around the room to power all the modern comforts were a bit disconcerting but I survived. Overall if I need a place to stay in Worland, Wyoming again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here as a bargain option.

Nice, economical room.
One night stopover. Good price except when it says pet friendly they should stay free or already be included in price of the room, not an additional charge. Check in was very good with a very polite gentleman giving me some pointers on weather and food. Loved that there was a park to walk dog in next door.

Overpriced and incredibly dated. Liking stepping back in time to a mid-70s motel room. Even the bedspread seemed that old. Dirty. No ice machine. Avoid it, especially for the cost. We paid $83 or so. Not worth $60.

If you would have stopped by and asked the front desk about ice, we have an ice machine and laundry guest laundry mat. It would not hurt to ask before posting things like this. On the booking site when you booked your reservation it states "ICE MACHINE".

The worst!!
This place was the worst I have ever stayed in. Owners are extremely rude and even yelled and told me to go somewhere else because I questioned why they sold my non-refundable reserved room to someone else. Then tried to charge me more for the last room. This place is unsafe! Door did not lock, electrical wires are nailed to the headboard, insulation coming out of the ceiling, water smelled like a sewer, sink was filthy. Unfortunately we did not have any other choices. Hotels were sold out for several hundred miles and it was already midnight but I wish I would have just slept in my car. Go somewhere else!

Julia, We were actually waiting to see what you would state to make sure you were at least telling the truth about some parts of your statement. We are surprised you have not stated the way your behavior was when you first walked in and what ACTUALLY happened during your stay. When you booked through us, you stated for a King Size bed which we sold out our room to a walk-in customer before you made the initial reservation. When you walked into the doors and giving attitude that we did not have that room for you, we suggested that we only had a room with 2 double beds left but you continued to complain. We suggested that if we could not fulfill your accommodation that you could stay at another hotel in town when in fact they had about a handful of rooms left because we had called in to check for availability but you still denied saying you wanted to stay at our place. My staff member gave you a HUGE discount on a room with 2 beds when we charge $85-$90 for those rooms. You still continued to complain. We had contacted Hotels.com and they had confirmed that you did not pay for the room and did not provide your credit card information so we are not sure why you were complaining to the front desk about paying when in fact you did not. Hotels around town were available but you did not want to go. Please have a better attitude towards others next time when you check-in the hotel. Your behavior to my staff members were uncalled for.

The room we stayed in was old and smelled. There was hair in the bed. Also, the heater did not work. Staff at the front desk was friendly.

Misty, If there were any concerns about the room, you should have stopped by the office and the staff would have taken care of the problem for you. Customers who check-in never inform the front desk about having a pet and they sneak in their animal.

The bed was comfortable and overall the room was clean. However the sink has rust around the drain and there is some mold in the bathroom. The bottom sheet popped off when I pulled the bedspread back and the mattress pad doesnt fit and had holes in it.

The whole place was a dump! AC didn't work.At all! Both sinks where plugged and full of dirty water! Enough said!

Jack, During your stay, there were other options the staff had recommended for you, and you never even mentioned that part. First, they had given you and your guests the option to get two rooms without additional cost and you declined that because you said you did not want to move all your belongings, which the staff had offered to help. Second, you went and told the staff that what would make your stay better is if we gave you an additional $15 off for the issue you were having and that is what they did and you never mentioned that. You had checked-in the room around Noon and did not mention anything to the staff after 5 hours later. Please, if you are going to blast incorrect information on the site, it would be best to ask for a refund and stay at another Hotel.

I slept very well!
This little motor inn is really old and outdated, but super clean and comfortable. Honestly, my only complaint was a lack of places to plug in my phone, computer and watch chargers, but I was able to make it work. It was very comfortable, very quiet and I got a great nights sleep while I was staying there. Staff was friendly.

Cute old hotel!
The owner/manager was so friendly and really made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is dated, but was clean. The bed was not very comfortable but was fine for a night. The hotel was quiet and perfect for an overnight stay on our way through town!
