Log cabin in Worcester, New York nestled on six wooded acres. 35 minutes from Cooperstown (Baseball Hall of Fame, Dreams Park, antiques, beach and boating, and craft shops), and two college town of Oneonta (restaurants, movies, shopping, Soccer Hall of Fame, All Star Village) and Cobleskill. (Howe and Secret Caverns, American Indian Museum). Spectacular Fall foliage.

Guests appreciate the closeness of nature and quiet time to rediscover each other. Many write in the guest book that they find that they preferred to stay in the cabin rather than sightseeing. A perfect spot for the artistic and writers. Families can enjoy fishing, hiking, searching for fossils, golfing and whatever else nature provides. Romantic for couples.

Our guests treat the log cabin as their own home. We ask that you leave the cabin cleaned for the next guest. Sheets and towels are not supplied.
Two weeks after you leave the cabin the website will refund your security deposit if the cabin is left clean and no damages.

We stayed for Baseball HOF weekend. Easy 25 minute drive to Cooperstown. Perfect setting in the woods for our family of five. Kids loved of loft sleeping areas. Host was very responsive to my questions and kind. Great place and would stay there again when visiting!

I’ve taken my family on many trips and stayed in many rental properties. This place was something my wife and two children will never forget. The cabin is exactly as described, extremely clean and spacious with a wonderful outdoor layout. What is different about this property is the way it makes you feel. For lack of a better term this place is alive ! There is a peaceful aura that is unmistakable as soon as you pull up in the driveway. The next few nights are spent realizing that the best things in life are time spent with family making wonderful memories. This cabin brings out those realizations and feelings and I as a father am very thankful for the opportunity to stay here. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Baseball at Cooperstown dreams park

Beautiful, peaceful location in the woods. Cabin was well provisioned with cooking ability. User friendly bathroom. Air conditioned. Good internet connection.A lovely place to rest and recuperate after busy days of baseball at Cooperstown Dreams Park watching grandson play.

Peter, the owner of the property, was very nice. He responded to our questions promptly. It was a very quiet place surround by the woods.

Perfect stay and excellent property manager

We had an amazing time at the log cabin. Peter was the best property manager we have dealt with. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. We ended up staying for a couple of snow days and the cabin was equipped with everything from cooking to snow removal. Thank you Peter and family again for an amazing stay.

great cozy get-away

This is a real log cabin get-away. Surrounded by trees and far from other homes, it is cozy and private. We only used the downstairs but there are two loft spaces upstairs which would be perfect for kids. You do have to bring your own linens and clean when you leave, but that keeps the cost down (since they don't charge an additional cleaning fee like many places do). You can tell it's someone's home which is sweet. We would def go back!

Peaceful and relaxing

I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, as this was my first ever solo trip. However, I could not have been more happier. Working a very demanding job and being heavily depended on at home, it wanted to reconnect and take time to be a bit selfish. This place not only provided me that solace, but provided the comfort and space to just breathe and think about me, just for a small bit of time.With how BEAUTIFUL it is while snowing, I can only imagine what it is like in the Spring/Summer time. I will definitely be coming back, but with others, as the beauty and magic of this cabin HAS to be shared.

Cooperstown Camping

My son played at Cooperstown Dream Park. The cabin is about 1/2 hour away, but well worth the drive! It was such a relaxing atmosphere and a great retreat after a long summer of baseball! Definitely will stay again if we are in the area!

Great quiet place with very nice outdoor area.

Great place to stay in the wooded area. The outside sitting area was amazing and spacious. We even played some games that were provided. The TV wasn't even turned on. Very cute cabin.

Charming Log Cabin

Cabin was adorable. Location was a bit further than expected to Dream Park field however the scenery on the ride there was beautiful. Would highly recommend this cabin to anyone as it has a safe & homey feel. Loved the decor inside & out! Far exceeded my expectations.

Best place when son was playing at Cooperstown

My son played at Cooperstown ASV, and this was the perfect place for us. We had everything we needed for our week long stay. The scenery was beautiful, the house was cozy, it was exactly what we needed. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

Perfect for our stay

The cabin was perfect for what we needed. Peter & Bernadette were wonderful to work with and great hosts! We were sad that we didn’t get to utilize all the amenities & nature the cabin had to offer because our schedule did not allow. But, we did enjoy the time we were able to spend at the cabin. The Memory Book and just the feel of the cabin gave us some nostalgia for my husband’s family’s cottage in No. Michigan❤️ Things to note- we had issues with cell service. We were able to text and FaceTime using the WiFi, so we were able to check in on the little guy at home and be reached in an emergency. The fridge is not a regular size kitchen fridge. There are 2 dorm size fridges with freezer areas. They worked great and fit our needs for the time we stayed. If we had our family with us and were staying for a week, then it may not have worked for us as well. Overall, we really enjoyed the cabin and would stay again!
