"I liked the old world charm of Southern Cross, and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
The bed was comfortable, and there were some nice touches such as strawberries to put on our cereal at breakfast, home-made marmalade, and nice biscuits on the tea tray in our room. We appreciated these."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the White Cottage. We were made very welcome and shown around on our arrival. The room was nice, with two chairs as well as a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided, including a flask of fresh milk and decaff coffee and tea which was appreciated. The shower was powerful and warm and plenty of towels were provided. "If you want a break away from the hustle this is the perfect tonic. Staff could not be more friendly or accommodating. An idyllic setting, walk down to the pebble beach or use this as a base to drive to the nearby places and come back and enjoy the wonderful food/drinks in the spacious gardens. Thank you!"
