This brand-new (2024) luxury home offers comfort, style, and space for families, business travelers, or weekend adventurers. Located in a quiet neighborhood just 5 min from downtown, 3 min to the College of Wooster, and 2 min from shops and restaurants. Features 3 bedrooms with Tv , 2 full baths, a bright open living area with smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. House manual: Welcome, and thank you for choosing our home for your stay! Please take a moment to review the following guidelines to ensure a comfortable and smooth experience for everyone:
Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-In: 3:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
If you need extra time, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Pet Guidelines
• 1 Small dog are allowed. We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and not left unattended.
• Please wipe their paws after going outside, especially on rainy days. This helps keep our light-colored sofa clean for all guests.
• Please bring your own poop bags and dispose of pet waste in the large trash bin located on the right side of the house.
• For extra protection, feel free to use the designated blankets to cover the sofa during your stay.
We truly appreciate your help in keeping our home and furniture in great condition!
Sofa & Furniture Care
• Our sofa is light-colored and easily stained, so we kindly ask you to be mindful and avoid spills.
• We’ve provided throw blankets that you’re welcome to use as covers if you plan to relax on the sofa with snacks, drinks, or pets.
• A full professional sofa cleaning is very expensive, so we truly appreciate your help in keeping it clean for future guests.

Trash Disposal
• Trash bags are available in both bathrooms and the kitchen—please use them to keep things tidy.
• When full, kindly dispose of them in the main trash container outside (right side of the house).

Air Conditioning Guidelines
• Please help us protect the A/C system by keeping the thermostat set to 70°F or higher.
• Setting the temperature too low can cause the A/C unit in the basement to freeze and malfunction. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
Wi-Fi Information
We’ll send you a photo with the Wi-Fi network name and password before your check-in. If you need it again during your stay, feel free to message us anytime.

Parking & Garage Access
• You’re welcome to park on the driveway or inside the garage.
• To open the garage door from the inside, simply use the wall-mounted button located inside the garage
Coffee Maker
We’ve provided a standard drip coffee maker for your use.
• Please note: paper filters (basket style) are not included, so feel free to bring your own.
• If you forget, no worries — Buehler’s and Walmart grocery stores are just 3 minutes away, and both carry coffee filters and other essentials.

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults across 3 bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
For families traveling with a small child, we’re happy to provide a pack-and-play (ideal for kids up to 3–4 years old) upon request.
While we don’t have a sofa bed, there’s a large sofa in the living room that can be used as an additional sleeping space if needed. Guests are also welcome to bring a mobile inflatable mattress for extra comfort if traveling with more than 6 adults. 🏡 House Rules

• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• No parties or events are allowed on the property.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the premises unless prior approval is given.
• No smoking inside the house.
