"Ranch at Royal Oak is a great house with a spectacular host. The communication was stellar. The house is in excellent condition with everything you need right at the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end towels, linens, utensils, glasses, knives, bowls, plates, etc. The kids and adults loved the pool and fishing on the dock. Access to St. Michael's is very easy. We will be back!"

"The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved the colorful bedroom downstairs. My husband caught a crab with a net 2 seconds after arriving! We all had a blast hanging outside on the dock or on the beach! If we ever had a question regarding anything, Leigh ann answered promptly and very helpful! "Great property. Great host. Already booked it for next year. We have17 people in our family and this property was perfect for our large group. Great location on the River, property was huge. Plenty of room for my grandchildren to play wiffle ball and catch. Great fishing, my sons and grandchildren caught a bunch of stripers. Kitchen was well stocked, filtered tap water and a large ice maker. Highly recommended."

"It's a lovely historic home with those types of quirks: narrow and steep stairs, railing that is definitely not up to code, original windows, not well insulated so it's a good thing that the neighborhood is quiet, one nail sticking out of the original floors in the DR near thr kitchen door. It was kept clean other than some cobwebs in corners. It is comphy but the furniture is all antiques to fit the vibe so some of it is fragile (curio tqble by front door had a busted leg when we arrived for...

"Our visit was brief... just two nights as we supported an athlete for the Eagleman triathlon June 2025. The house had absolutely everything one might need... very well stocked. Four bedrooms, each with its own mini-split AC was perfect! While we did not use the car EV charger or the backyard 'game shed', both are excellent details. Loved the screened in porch to enjoy the sunset over the water without the mosquitos joining in. **And, thank you for bug spray... when you're that close to the...

"Location walking distance to everything, house well maintained, fenced back yard. The only thing that should be upgraded is upstairs air conditioning. We could not get inside temperature below 79 F on hot days. Maybe upsize capacity. Downstairs cooling was good. "
