The kitchen had enough plates and silverware for the 3 of us but we had to go buy trash bags, tissue and paper towels for our four night stay. "The house is nice. Plenty of room inside. Don’t plan on more than 1 full size vehicle, or multiple cars, as the driveway is small & no garage access. Street parking was very limited. "The house was not clean. The dishes were dirty, there were crumbs in the cupboard, the walls were filthy, there were cobwebs in the bedroom and on the walls. The paint is peeling from the baseboards. There are areas of re-painted. There was a hole in the back of one of the bedroom doors. The furniture is outdated. One headboard/footboard looks like it’s been clawed by a cat. "

"We stayed for two nights. The guesthouse was fresh and clean and beautifully appointed, with exceptional views and amenities. The hosts, are warm and friendly people. They thoughtfully left fresh flowers and made sure to put out water/food bowls, a nice bed, and other items for our dog. Such a touching thought. David and Nancy, thank you so much for your hospitality. It was nice to meet you both. We hope to stay again, next time we're in the area. A definite 10 out of 10!!🫶"

"The place was a little hard to find as we didn't see the street sign name. The place was as pictured in the review. Glad parking was right in front. We couldn't connect the wifi and one of the the rooms it fekt like the floor would fall through. Glad to have had plenty of cookware to use. It was also close to plenty of food stores. I would stay again if I was in Porterville. "
