"First time staying in Alabama. We rent vacation houses many times per year and I can say our stay here was wonderful. It is close to the road, there is definitely road noise, but it didn't matter, the house and the view made you forget the noise. The bed was beyond comfortable! We lost power one night (the entire area, not a house issue). I messaged the host and received a response within minutes (at 9:30 pm). "I rented both of the owners houses that were right on Guntersville Lake at the marina. I have to say I was totally impressed with every single aspect of these properties. First the size , big well equipped, kitchens, living rooms bedrooms everything was spotless. Air conditioner worked great .I would gladly rent here again in a heartbeat . thank you to the owners for providing such a fine property"

"The pictures are amazing but WOW the experience! We were visiting for the 4th of July and we couldn't wait to get back to relax. We slept so good on the extra plush mattress. The place was fantastic, clean, and comfortable. Any messages to the host were answered in a timely manner. The decor was the best, down to every detail. Nicer than some 5 star hotels that I've stayed in. They don't compare in my opinion. This will be my go to from now on when i stay in the area. I highly recommend staying...

"Absolutely loved Camp Runamuck for celebrating my mom's retirement and 60th birthday! There is more than enough space for 3 families to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened-in patio and boat dock. We brought a boat with us, and there are 2 TVA boat docks nearby and plenty of room to tie it the house. Janet left a thoughtful note and some cookies for us upon arrival. Cozy spot if you need a family weekend at the lake! "
