The cabin isn't heated (there isn't even a solid door, just a screen and a curtain), and you'll need to haul your water (it's a short jaunt and not hard if you just fill a small jug each day). "Wonderful trip! The host/home owner was so nice and so helpful. She gave detailed instructions on everything before we got there which made the entire stay go smoothly. The cottage was roomy, clean and more than we even expected. Oxana saw us outside and when she saw we had 2 toddlers, she showed us toys she had available for them to play with. She really goes above and beyond for guests. Highly recommend this place!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property and it was clean, well equipped with all the modern conveniences, and provided a nice alternative to a hotel. It was a good fit for us with our small dog and was a short drive to the places we wanted to visit. "Very cute, Loved the porch for morning coffee. Wish there had been a second bathroom upstairs. At my age, it’s at least a couple trips down the stairs at night. Disappointing that there was no cable or whatever and internet was very slow so couldn’t really use the TV. But maybe it was just us. Didn’t really miss it that much. Would definitely stay again. During the remainder of our trip we kept saying how we miss the porch!"

"We had trouble with key pad it took the last day to finally get use to it. There is poor communication about were the room is located. Ours ended up On second floor which if I had been aware would not have booked there (have ashma and have trouble climbing steps. ) small ice machine with all the guest it was always empty. "Boa localização (na via principal da cidade). Quarto bom, eatava limpo mas o carpete é antigo. Banheiro naquele padrão dos EUA que não tem janela. Tem piscina que parecia estar limpa (não usei). O hotel tem um restaurante que oferece café da manhã a lá carte com custo extra, opções bem americanas. Me hospedaria novamente especificamente se fosse visitar o parque Shenandoah (pois fica muito próximo da entrada Thorton Gap)"
