Newly Renovated Woodstock Cottage - Great location- Pet Friendly

Minutes from downtown Woodstock, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has been totally updated so everything is brand new. Our open floor plan has a full kitchen, hi speed internet, Alexa echo, convenient keyless entry, smart thermostat, laundry room and charming private patio area which makes for the perfect getaway.
We also have a family game room with a foosball table, electronic soft tip dart board and its own 70ā€ Ultra Hi Definition TV with 100+ channels. There is also a desk and office chair

Each bedroom has a 55ā€ Ultra Hi Definition TV (100+ channels). The cozy main living area has comfortable couches and a 70ā€ Ultra Hi Definition TV. Kitchen is complete with silverware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, beer and wine glasses, Keurig coffee maker (coffee, tea, creamers and sweeteners included), blender and toaster oven.

PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. It's great for family and friends as well as business groups. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors. So, respectfully, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.

We also limit the cars to three cars (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.
Fully fenced backyard.

Do you have a dog to bring? (Cats are not allowed) We have a large fenced back yard. Please inform us before arrival. A $99 pet fee, paid before arrival.

What a great place! Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The beds were comfy and the living room was an awesome space to watch some baseball games. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The host offered great advice on things to do and made staying there a pleasure and a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend

Great Vacation Home

My family absolutely LOVED this vacation home. Itā€™s very kid friendly, clean, and has a lot of space. It has the stores, restaurants, and downtown Woodstock right there by you! I really loved how the owners were very friendly, reliable, clean, and very fast to respond to messages. I would definitely recommend their home to others and would visit again.

Grandparent heaven

We had our grandkids visiting ā€¦it was perfect with the backyard fenced in we felt very safe with the kids out of the way of traffic to play to their hearts content . We spent time in the charming town of Woodstock a few hundred yards away from the property . The kids enjoyed the playground as we also got enjoy the great cafe shops and eateries in town .The place was very clean and comfortable . We would totally return to stay on the future

Had an amazing stay! The hosts were extremely accommodating with an early check in from our drive from Texas, the house was in amazing condition in cleanliness, the location to downtown Woodstock couldnā€™t be beat, and the yard was massive for our fur babies to join. We cannot wait to come back!

This vacation rental was nestled among the trees. We saw deer, birds and even a little bobcat. The beds were comfy and it was so fun playing foosball and darts with our grown children. The snack basket that welcomed us was such a nice treat-especially the hot chocolate and popcorn. The hosts were so quick to respond with any questions we had. Will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoy the outdoors - my husband mountain bikes. This property is so close to riding and hiking in addition to being very close to Atlanta area. Highly recommend this property for location and quality of the house and hosts!

If you are looking for a peaceful home-away-from Home, Yet, just minutes from downtown Woodstock, this is your place. The first feeling you get when you walk in is fresh, clean wide open rooms with lots of cozy couches and chairs. There is a kitchen island that seats six, and lots of room to maneuver around For any meal. The bedrooms are spacious, have wonderfully comfortable beds, lots of storage and large TVs. Every amenity is available, from washer and dryer to a Game room for the kids.. The property has a nice feeling of privacy and there is any appliance you need for the kitchen. Would stay again, and highly and highly recommend. Our hosts were always reachable and pleasant.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this Woodstock Cottage. It was clean and served our needs perfectly. We were close to the East Cobb Baseball Complex and that is where we spent most of our time. The property looks just like the pictures. Very cute! I would definitely recommend if you are coming to that area.

Perfect location and accommodations

We were in town for a week for our son's baseball tournament. This house was just the right size for our family of four and grandparents. Location was perfect - close and walkable to downtown Woodstock which has tons of restaurant options and shops. Quick access to interstate, Loved the extra game room/living space for the kids. Greatly Appointed Comfort

My wife and I, and our little dogs thoroughly enjoyed staying in the house when we weren't meeting with family and friends. They did an amazing job of renovating the interior to have all the comforts with modern style. There are plenty of large screen TVs. And the dogs enjoyed exploring the large backyard.
