"Just incredible! The staff, and in particular the front desk personnel were the best hotel employees we have ever encountered. More than friendly and genuine, they went above and beyond at every step. We left at 4:30am to go to the national park, they had breakfast to go for us. We mentioned in passing one member of our group had a lactose sensitivity, they gave us dairy free (and gluten for good measure) muffins, yogurt, and enough other goodies to last the whole day; let alone breakfast. "The loft was perfect for a solo traveler. I was in Big Fork for a wedding. The music from the nearby Garden Bar went very late on the Saturday night but the bedroom in the loft was quiet and buffered from the sounds. Kind of fun to sit in the patio chairs and listen to the band! I would stay again. "
