"Pro's - Quiet, Safe and easy to get to! They were very responsive via text message to my requests and concerns which I appreciated.
Con's - Had to call maintenance for several issues, they couldn't service me until I was there because they didn't have a second set of keys, the maintenance guy didn't speak English so we struggled a bit, the washing machine didn't work properly, the kitchen lacked basics like aluminum foil and more than pot holder, hot water ran out halfway through a 5-7 min...

"The cabin was lovely, there were many amenities towels, soaps, even make up remover, also laundry soap. Surprisingly there wasn't a sponge for the dishes though. The loft was a great place to spend the night the fire place kept the whole loft area nice and warm, we even decided to sleep there on the last night because of how comfortable it was up there. The fire out back was a nice touch we were able to make some smores. The keurig didn't work unfortunately but they had a coffee pot there so it...

"Everything about our stay was wonderful! We loved the location of the cabin, and it was the perfect size for our family. The board games were such a thoughtful touch and made the cabin feel even cozier. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was communicative and easy to reach throughout our trip. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!"

"This place was so nice and cozy, i would say better than the pictures even.
Fireplaces upstairs and downstairs were a hit, and it was super quiet at nice. A great place to get away and rest. We even extended our stay and had them deliver more firewood it was so nice.
I would gladly return, or at least see what else Cool Cabins has to offer. Close to the lake and shops nearby, but away from traffic and backs onto the forest. Whats not to like?"
