"The tiny home was nice, but there were too many obstacles to overcome for a 5 star. The house is on the exterior of the trailer park neighborhood, making the 530-7 AM time hard to sleep through as you hear the traffic/ music/ loud motorcycles as there is a stop light adjacent. We were almost run over numerous times by other tenants/ residents. The grounds were in need of a weed eating or mowing and there were ants on the outside furniture. The washing machine combo did not work, the clothes...

"Great location, very clean, quiet neighborhood, hot tub was nice, animal visitors were darling! Could've used more towels, downstairs bed and pull out were very comfortable, upstairs bed leans a bit. Definitely would stay here again!"

"Wonderful stay! Mark communicated well with us throughout. I mentioned that a crock pot would be useful during our stay and inquired if there was one at the house. He had one there when we arrived! Amazing customer service! The house was comfortable, clean, great location, quiet neighborhood and the kitchen was well-appointed (which is a big plus for our family get together). Highly recommend! "

"We loved our tiny home stay! Martin, our host, was very kind and accommodating, and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for us, rural with beautiful nature and mountain views, but no more than 15 minutes from a suburban area with a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The home was cozy and comfortable. We loved morning coffee on the deck. When we come back to the area, we would definitely stay there again."

"The hot tub was not warm enough to use, I/we would have contacted host but they never came to look at the fireplace after we informed the it was not working. The add prior to our arrival was misleading now it is worded correctly. There is no hand railing or other support going down the solar lighted stair that do not light up do to snow packed tops ."
