"The tiny home was nice, but there were too many obstacles to overcome for a 5 star. The house is on the exterior of the trailer park neighborhood, making the 530-7 AM time hard to sleep through as you hear the traffic/ music/ loud motorcycles as there is a stop light adjacent. We were almost run over numerous times by other tenants/ residents. The grounds were in need of a weed eating or mowing and there were ants on the outside furniture. The washing machine combo did not work, the clothes...

"Property was nice . We loved the back area and the hot tub.It is on a noisy street. The bedrooms have pretty loud air conditioning units which help muffle street noise."

"The best thing about this day is the location. I walked 1 mile and was in the middle of the Garden of the Gods Park. The host was amazing. My groceries arrived. He put them in the fridge for me before I was even there. He also let me check in early, which was a bonus because we get up early. Lol"
