"This space is perfect for a getaway to LBI for a single person or a couple. The unit felt brand new, and was super clean. Location was literally on the beach. Everything was as described in the listing. Really can't get a better value on LBI. Whitney was a great host who answered my questions promptly. "

"This was the perfect little place to stay for 2 adults and a chocolate lab. The proximity to the beach and the bay was ideal. Bars and restaurants were close too. My dog loved having his bed next to the slider for the breeze and outdoor scenery. Not a complaint, but would make it spot on if there was a screen door on the front and the shower water pressure was a little stronger. I would recommend this little gem."

"Cute little place in the heart of Beach Haven. Walking distance to all the important locations. "

"We have been coming down to LBI for many years and this by far was our favorite place. The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The views from the back deck were spectacular! The location was perfect, walking distance to everything! Dale, the owner, responded quickly with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property!"

"The “Happy House” was exactly that and exceeded what we could imagine. The description of the rental was very accurate with everything that was included. It was a great location right by the beach and walking to stores and restaurants. The house had plenty of amazing extras for our 2 young kids (3 and 1). It was amazing having a crib, high chair, etc. The play-set in the backyard and the kids nook in the house were amazing features!"

"We travel to LBI every summer and have stayed all over the island in various types of properties, so we have a reasonable idea of what to expect. Given this, we felt that this property was Very overpriced for the value and were very disappointed. In communicating with the host beforehand, she seemed friendly but disorganized; sent us messages with the wrong dates, etc. Mistakes happen but it made us nervous. She also expressed issues with her upstairs neighbors and warned us from speaking with...
