"Great value for cost. Bed was comfortable. Unit was clean, smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Some dishes but some were missing. Kettles did not work. I have to say what gave it such a great rating was the helpful staff and it was so quiet as the traffic slowed right down overnight!"

"Very clean and friendly staff"

"The staff was good with the exception of 1 night shift worker. The bathtub drain didn't work so the water would not drain during a shower. The room door didn't close unless you pushed hard on."

"Nao gostei da localização, rua cheia de drogados e pessoas em situação de rua. Quarto com poeira nas paredes e no aquecimento, nao gostei"

"Went on a weekday so a lot quieter and was easy to navigate around the hotel swimming pool was very clean"

"Hotel espetacular, confortável, linda decoração e com ótima localização!"

"The service is great and the room is comfortable. However, there could be healthier options for breakfast."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby area was very nice and well maintained - same with the restaurant. The room was outdated and worn, but clean. For one night it was fine - nothing fancy. Disappointed that the pictures of the rooms on here did not look anything like the room we stayed in. If I was back in London I would stay here again as the price was reasonable."

"Café da manhã muito bom, bem feito, quarto bem cuidado e funcionários muito receptivos, parabéns"

"Comodidade boa , ótima localização, café da manhã bom. "
