"The home was gorgeous, the views were gorgeous, went into town and shopped and went to the winery! Went canoeing and hiking! It was a perfect get away!"

"My wife and I stayed at the Riverview Hobbit House to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary, and it was truly the perfect getaway. The house is beautifully unique, and the phenomenal attention to detail made it feel as though we had stepped into another world. Every part of the property added to its charm and character. We spent our days fishing, hiking, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful views and peaceful serenity of the woods. "It was really a great blend of the old and new decor. Love it! We were looking for peace and tranquility and it foot the bill. We love country atmosphere. The Cheaha State is well worth seeing. Also we just wanted to have NO responsibility and doing so much for our mother with alhzeimers all the time. Just do for few days whatever or absolutely nothing."

"Paige was a fantastic host. The property was clean, well stocked with necessities, and exactly as described. The train does run at night, but it is tolerable and infrequent. We will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful little place, just perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Close to where we needed to be and so grateful there is a place like this in the area which there are not many."

"Beautiful property! We had a relaxing weekend and enjoyed everything the rental offered. Great kitchen, loved waking up to the views of the lake. Hammocks were a nice touch. Had a bon fire two nights. The lights outdoors made things cozy. Would definitely visit again!"

"For an age 80, the walk to and from the dock was a bit of a challenge. Unfortunately, we were there during a very rainy week. we were there to fish, but did not do as well as anticipated. Host was friendly and accommodating. Although monsoonish, we enjoyed our days there."
