"Loved it! Great vibe and great host!!! Kimmi, the host was lovely, always available and ready to make the most out of every guest experience. The tents were very confortable. The restrooms are way too few for all the guests. The place would totally benefit from more restrooms. Great dinner and sunset space, with bonfires and a griller. Can’t wait to go there again. "

"It may not be a 5 star hotel, but it's a good price ($100/night) for what you get. A lot is packed into this little rental. Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils. Comfy bed. Dark & quiet. I slept great! Could use a little maintenance & the grounds are not very attractive, but, again great place to crash after a long hike."

"the place is family friendly, with privacy and quiet . The location is also not so bad if you want to keep on coming back and forth to the grand canyon. The things that I don’t like about it is that I was charge with electricity, cleaning, etc. without advertising that it will be like that. I just found out about it when I was already charge. And at the checking out instructions I was told to wash the dishes, throw the garbage out, etc., did I not pay for it? How can I wash the dishes they don’t...

"The beds were clean, but some of the horizontal surfaces need to be dusted. Do not run the AC on "auto" as it will shut off after a couple of hours. Once I selected AC/fan only, cold air started to flow through the registers. The tini house still would not cool down even with mild outdoor temps. Overall, it was nice to have a kitchen and plenty of bedspace for the kids. The Maintenance Mechanic responded quickly to replace a 9 volt battery in the carbon monoxide detector."
