"Loved it! Great vibe and great host!!! Kimmi, the host was lovely, always available and ready to make the most out of every guest experience. The tents were very confortable. The restrooms are way too few for all the guests. The place would totally benefit from more restrooms. Great dinner and sunset space, with bonfires and a griller. Can’t wait to go there again. "

"This awesome glamping tent setup made for a magic night on the Arizona plains. We got in super late but Jordon had helpfully sent through all the required information and the tent was perfect. We had a cold night (below freezing) but the quilt and heater kept the tent warm and cosy. Brilliant location for stargazing and check out the birds of prey show in the nearby campsite."

It is pricey for only 2 people considering the house was in a repair state but a family with a lot of kids would definitely get full value out of the space. "Perfect tiny home with great location about 30 minutes south of the South Entrance to the Grand Canyon and Tusayan. The home was adequately equipped. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. The coffee maker did not work properly, reached out to the host, but got no response. It snowed on the first night causing steps to freeze over, but no salt or shovel were left on porch as told. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here with our family of 6 for two nights and it was the perfect size. It is quiet, everything is well-maintained and it is a great place to crash after spending the day at the Grand Canyon. It is rural and high efficient, so be aware it has internet, but it was sometimes better to just use our cell phone service and the water pressure is low in the sinks (the shower was okay). The property managers were great and very clear in their instructions and communication was never a problem."

Unfortunately, we didn't get our check in instructions until almost an hour after the designated check in time and having to call Vrbo support for help. When we finally did get instructions, I messaged a couple times throughout our stay with basic questions and responses took several hours each. "Where to start. Trying to get out to the site alone was a struggle. Thankfully there wasn’t an emergency where we needed to get to the main road quickly. The property had leaks all over. We even had water leaks on the mattresses we were supposed to sleep on. The propane heater didn’t work and the wood burning furnace was not nearly big enough to heat anything beyond sitting right in front of it. All of the heated blankets didn’t work. Forget about showering, 5 gallons of cold water was not...
