The bedroom and living room have digital TV and a Blu-ray player. The living room also includes two armchairs and a sofa bed. A large terrace is directly adjacent to the apartment.

Renovated in 2020 to be senior-friendly. Dogs are welcome, and Wi-Fi is available.
