With direct access to the cycle path and sandy beach, you can step straight from the backyard onto the shoreline for a swim, stroll or sunset wander. In winter you have the gas fireplace with warm ambiance feel. Ducting air-conditioning upstairs. Air-conditioning is also available in each bedroom for your comfort.

Inside, comfort is assured year-round. In winter, gather around the marble gas fireplace or enjoy the reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout the home. In summer, open the glass doors and let the sea breeze flow through the airy living spaces.

The beautifully appointed kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed holiday cooking, seamlessly connecting to the dining and lounge areas so no one misses a moment together. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright, uplifting atmosphere framed by uninterrupted ocean views.

Upstairs, the master suite offers a king-size bed, private ensuite and peaceful privacy, along with a separate powder room for added convenience.

Downstairs, thoughtful design continues with a welcoming entry and single garage. Access to the back yard through gate at entry. Clothes line at side of property and outside shower.

The front downstairs bedroom with desk space if you need quiet or privacy to complete work.

A charming rear lounge/sunroom with ocean views, TV, mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities. A luxurious main bathroom featuring a freestanding soaking tub.

A third bedroom with two king singles and shared ensuite - aircon in the room also.

A fourth bedroom with an oversized double bed, sharing the ensuite and opening onto the outdoor patio — a magical spot to enjoy moonlit ocean views including aircon in this room as well.

An internal laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board makes longer stays effortless. Bath towels are provided (just bring your beach towels), and board games are available for relaxed evenings in.

Little Lake for swimming and family get togethers just a stone's throw away.
