Enjoy a relaxing coastal getaway at this spacious family home near Lake Illawarra and Warilla Beach. With a private pool, large entertaining deck and plenty of room for everyone, it’s the perfect place for families and friends to unwind.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with four spacious bedrooms, a large family bathroom and an additional powder room.

Pet-friendly home with fully fenced front and back yards.

Relax & Entertain

This home is designed for easy indoor–outdoor living. The timber entertaining deck and sunny alfresco area overlooking the pool make the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book or share drinks and meals with family and friends.

The property features a fully fenced private swimming pool.

Noise Policy
We follow strict noise regulations. Please be respectful of neighbours. Breaches may result in eviction without refund.

Firewood
We don’t provide firewood as it can become damp in storage and may not burn well. Guests are welcome to bring their own for the fire pit or pizza oven. Firewood is available at most petrol stations or Bunnings (about $20 per bag). The nearest petrol station is EG Ampol Warilla, beside Warilla Grove Shopping Mall, about 1.3 km away.

Age Requirement
Bookings from guests under 23 years old are not accepted unless approved in advance. This home is best suited for families and mature travellers.

we absolutely loved our stay here. although the weather was terrible when we stayed so we couldn’t enjoy the pool, we were still well accommodated and didn’t go bored. the place is so well equipped which we were surprised about, you don’t get many places like that. our dogs loved it, there was so much room for them that it didn’t feel cramped. particularly loved the outdoor projector, foosball table, coffee machine, bbq and arcade machine. we couldn’t understand how to work the pizza oven which was a shame but made do with the normal oven. although we were an older group, if you have young kids there’s enough there to keep them occupied. would definitely recommend this place and would be very interested in staying again. wasn’t pricey either compared to others we were looking at and you definitely get more than what you pay for. thanks for having us and our fur babies.

Yes, we enjoyed our stay. It would have been perfect if there is an ensuite in the Master bedroom because at the moment there is only one bathroom in the house. Thought there is a second toilet in the laundry, it is not convenient to use at the night time.

Lovely relaxing stay

2 x families stayed at this lovely house. The hosts were attentive and left us flowers and a bottle of wine. Communication was easy and the house was well stocked. The kids absolutely loved the pool! Thanks so much for having us.

Not bad but not worth price

We stayed over NYE for 3 nights. When arriving we realised we never received the code to unlock the door and it took a little while for the host to work out what the code would be, he seemed a bit confused on the phone. Things looked a lot more state of the art in photos. The pizza oven didn’t have a paddle so we had to use tongs and spatulas to safely get the pizza into and out of the oven. I did call the host to ask about this and he said it was ‘somewhere’. The BBQ has an open back which is strange, as you can’t generate much heat. We tried covering the back with foil but it didn’t really work so ended up pan frying our steaks. My partner is a chef so knows what he’s doing. Host really needs to replaced the ratty wind/rain sail on the back porch, it’s got rips in it and pretty dirty/mouldy at the bottom. There was no hand towel in the bathroom, and the room with the single beds had no proper bed piillowsc just couch cushions. Aside from these things we had a great time as we had great company and enjoyed sitting by the pool during the days. I would not pay the price we paid for this place again, not worth it

Great house for family or larger group

We stayed here while competing in a sporting event at Lake Illawarra. The location was perfect for us and the pool was nice at the end of a hot day. The kitchen is well appointed and we really appreciated the coffee machine. Winston is a great host and really helpful. Recommended

Second time booking this Lovely property that has all the facilities you would want. Host is super helpful and clearly cares about his guests. Excellent location and very easy to travel to and from beach and shopping.

Amazing Location- Close to Everything

A great home in a great location had everything we needed and more after having big days on the beach. Communication from the owner was fantastic and flexible. Highly recommend it to anybody looking for a family getaway, but needing all the comfort of Home. Would be happy to come back again next year.

Family reunion

Good property for a family reunion! Kitchen was well equipped and a pantry stocked with the basics, no need to eat out. Great to have some kids toys and books available for visitors too The only downside was that the BBQ was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned since it’s last use. However we enjoyed our stay.

a great property with everything you need , no need for take away , enough gear to open a resturant , bbq, outdoor pizza oven , plenty of gear to bung on a good feed and entertain, heaps of stuff for families and things to keep the kids busy if needed

comfortable home and great pool

Great place to to take family. Plenty of room close to all ameneties including shopping, beaches, hospital. Kids loved having the swimming pool in the back yard and an extensive field with a playground next door.
