We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids absolutely loved the pool and slide - definitely a big highlight for us. The property is in a good location and is close to the shops and beach, with a nice path to walk along the lake. Unfortunately, the downside to our stay was the cleanliness and the poor standard of some of the properties features. The house was poorly cleaned with ants in the outside BBQ area fridge, a number of cockaroaches were found in the house during our stay, the ceiling fans were black and covered in dust, the floor was poorly cleaned with hair from the previous stay still showing on arrival. The pool floor and surface was also left dirty and was cleaned by us prior to use. The trampoline safety net was broken and the timber in the kids swing set/play gym was rotted and not stable for the kids to use safely. The house and outdoor facilities are in the need of a deep clean and some repairs are required. This is a nice place with a lot for families to enjoy, but our overall experience could have been better if the property was better presented and all features mentioned in the add were available to use safely.
