Hi Fecilityafter you checked out we checked the rrom main cold water tap on the end the tub in bathroom was closed by you that is reason no cold water. after you checked out the water is normal we might need a clear sign to there. sorry for that.For floor we will contact cleaner team and take your feed back to them. wish next time to seeing you with better service with new management.

The swimming pool did require to be closed for a while due to maintenance and the tennis courts are not available at this time. The floor beneath you is a construction zone as we are renovating rooms. If you didnt have a lamp you should have come to reception & asked as we have spares for you
