HOUSE RULES * Check-in: After 3:00 pm * Checkout: 10:00 am * No smoking * No pets allowed *No Children under the age of 8 years allowed * Strictly No parties or events *Strictly No Schoolies bookings *Please get in touch to let us know the reason for your booking. This helps us provide the best possible experience and clarify any details if needed.
ADDITIONAL RULES *As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.
*This is strictly a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is EIGHT people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FOUR people. No more than a maximum of TWELVE people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate children aged 7 years and below. *Please note that the property features a spa (which doesn't heat up or have jets), which is the reason we are able to have this unfenced. This should be used with care and at your own risk. As part of your booking confirmation, you agree to indemnify Getawayz and the property owner against any misuse leading to injury or death. * Children 8 and above fine to stay, however, must be monitored at all times around the spa. The booking holder and their party agree to indemnify Getawayz and the property owner against any misuse leading to injury or death.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away. - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests. - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates. - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW: * The home does not have a washer and dryer, however, a nearby Laundry shop offers pick and drop off service.
* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!
*There are 4 security cameras on the property for the safety of the home and our guests. One is located at the front of the house above the front door, another on the balcony under the awning, one under the house opposite the stairs and another by the sauna room.
