"We were not sent the check in instructions until numerous emails on the VRBO website and finally texting the owner at check in time. This put added stress on our group especially not being from Germany.With the heat the apartment needs fans. Communication with the owner included long messages with instructions beforehand - rather than being shown how to settle in, we received written instructions on how to turn on the fridge and how to clean up afterwards. "Hotel simples e funcional, ideal para quem procura apenas um local para dormir. O quarto é básico, mas atendeu às expectativas nesse sentido. Os atendentes da recepção foram muito prestativos e o atendimento no bar também foi bastante cordial. O ponto negativo ficou por conta do café da manhã, que achei simples e com baixa qualidade. Os ovos mexidos pareciam industrializados e não havia outra opção de preparo, o que deixou a experiência abaixo do esperado. Além disso, a forma como é feita a conferência dos hóspedes durante o café da manhã poderia ser mais organizada e discreta. Ao chegar, fiz o check-in normalmente para o café da manhã e informei o número do meu quarto. No entanto, ao retornar ao buffet para servir mais café, o mesmo funcionário que havia realizado essa conferência voltou a me abordar para perguntar novamente o número do quarto. Como essa informação já havia sido confirmada por ele momentos antes, a situação foi desnecessária e acabou sendo um pouco constrangedora, transmitindo a impressão de falta de organização no controle dos hóspedes."
