"Amir hat sehr schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit mit uns kommuniziert. Jedoch war die Unterkunft trotz vorheriger Reinigungskraft sehr schmutzig. Die Decken waren fleckig und voller Haare. Und das Bad war leider nicht viel besser. Die Badtüre ist sehr schmutzig und die Clownfiguren etwas unheimlich. Der Kühlschrank hat in der Küche etwas stärker gerochen. Bzgl der Wohnung sollte hierbei eine neue Reinigungskraft eingestellt und die Dekoration überdacht werden."

Eigenaren wonen niet in of bij het huis. Een fantastische accomodatie, zeker voor Duitse begrippen. Vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Fijn dat ons hondje mee kon! Cons: De locatie, het ligt wat verder van het echte zwarte woud af. De omgeving is niet heel gezellig maar wel rustig. We hadden veel slecht...

In de keuken was alles aanwezig: pannen, waterkoker, vergiet, garde, handdoeken en ga naar door. De tuin was netjes onderhouden, ruim en onze kinderen en Labradors hebben er heerlijk gespeeld. Het hek is hoog genoeg. We hebben enorm genoten van de vakantie."

"É um hotel super confortável, com quarto e banheiro grande. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Atende muito bem que vai ao Europa-park (15min de carro). Ele fica próximo a supermecados e da rodovia. Só não gostei de geladeira que eles oferecem gratuitamente sob demanda: É na verdade um cooler portátil com um sistema de refrigeração... Praticamente só mantem as coisas frias, mas não consegue esfria-las. E faz muito barulho. Eu tinha um benefício de uma bebida grátis pelo status do hoteis.com, o funcionário da recepção sabia disso, mas não soube como proceder para me entregar e ficou enrolando. Com certeza recomendo o hotel, esses por menores não afetaram a experiência geral."
