"This location definitely served its purpose. Outside of having trouble with the keycard working, and thinking we had a pullout sofa bed because the description states it slept 3. It was a solid night of sleep. They brought a rollaway bed for our teenaged son, and we only needed 1 key card to work. "

"The first bedroom I entered was poorly lit and a bit shabby, but tolerable. However, the tub and shower area of the bathroom was shockingly unclean with built-up soap scum, dirt from feet, and possibly mold. The light switch was cracked and stained, and the tissue dispenser in the wall was rusty. The walls apparently used to have wallpaper and the residual wallpaper paste was never removed. They were crudely painted over, making the rough patches look like mold. There were holes in the closet...

"Heater noisy, couldn't find anyone in the front desk to get extra blanket my last night call no answer and there was a sign on the glass tha lt was closed. On my way out there was no one there again call the number again this time someone answered and told me to put my room key inside the glass from the bottom on glass opening "

"We stayed in the King suite and are very thankful our plans changed and we didn’t have all four of us and our dog or we wouldn’t have fit. The sleeper sofa was in extremely poor condition and couldn’t fit 2 children at all. The tv wouldn’t work and I spent a lot of time fixing it myself after calling the front desk. We understand the renovations were happening but would’ve appreciated a different room considering we didn’t have our pet and were placed right next to the construction area. It...

"We stayed for the evening because we needed a place to sleep for an early sporting event. The bed was clean, but the bathroom was very rundown. The paint was peeling on most of the walls, there were gaps in the wall around the old light fixture. The bathroom fixtures were clean though."

"Bed covers had large yellow stains. Water was not hot. Not clean. Staff was not pleasant. "

"The pool was a disappointment. Circulation of water was poor and water had a slimey feel to it. Lighting in bathroom was in permanent on position making it hard to sleep in the room. Coffee maker did not work. Property was not able to get it fixed during our stay. Seemed to have poor communication between shifts. "

"I had 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom had no rug, floor sticky and disgusting, temp couldnt be adjusted. Room smelled like someone was smoking, and it was musty. There was no.shower gel in the bathtub either. I requested assistance none was given."
