"It was cheap and clean, but had issues...
The "smart TV" was stupid and didn't work, even after they tried to fix it and then didn't replace it like they said they would.
HVAC didn't work. Lucky it was not too cold out.
Told owners about the problems, didn't seem to matter. Was not offered any comp to make up for the issues.
Would not stay here again."

"The location was close by to the activities we had planned & had free bike rentals which was nice. The host was communicative and responded promptly. They seem very nice and willing to help. I believe this was unusual based on other reviews, but the place was not cleaned well. I do not blame the hosts but rather the cleaners, however it is still disappointing when paying premium holiday prices (4th of July) as well as a cleaning fee. We still enjoyed our stay overall and love Coeur D’Alene!"

"The property was perfect. We were able to barbecue dinner our first night, prepare meals in the house and rest and relax. It allowed us to have a very good family trip without being in separate hotel rooms and eating out for every meal. The house was unique and fun to stay in. The only minor issue was that the queen bed and pillows were very firm, so if we were to stay again, we may bring our own pillows, but it was really a great place to stay."

"My cousin and I had a great stay at this property! It was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the house was comfortable! The location was fantastic, in a beautiful neighborhood, just a few blocks from the lake. I enjoyed hiking on the nearby lakeside trail. There are great restaurants nearby. The owners were friendly, responsive, and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!"

"What a great home! So glad we found it! Very comfortable and adorable and the best part it’s so close to town! Nice quiet neighborhood too. Everything went so smoothly from booking to checking in. We got to meet the host Katie and she was lovely. The house had everything we needed to cook everyday and the AC upstairs was nice and COLD! No AC downstairs but it was comfortable enough with fan in bedroom, central air fan on and the AC upstairs trickling down. Our whole family just loved this...

"Great property in CDA! Beautiful house only a mile to the lake and trails in Tubbs Hill Park. We came for Silverwood which is an easy drive away.
Very easy communication with Morgan who answered all our questions and helped us find a lost diamond earring! Highest recommendation for both the host and the property!"

"It had everything and it was decorated nicely. It was in a good location. The beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay. Coeur d'Alene is a beautiful city!! We had a fun time downtown at Octoberfest and the restaurants were great!1 I would stay here again."

"Amazing older house, great for a large group of 8 people. Owners gave great communication in a prompt timeframe on some questions we had. Very walkable to downtown(about 10min walk to the lake/downtown).
Home has all you need to cook and eat or make some great coffee, plenty of room and a very nice ambiance. I would stay there again on my next trip to CDA.
We only had a few issues:
-Upstairs shower had a very slow drain and the downstairs shower doesn't have great pressure.
-The hot tub...

"Our stay in CdA for our country's Semiquincentennial birthday was wonderful. There was lots of room for our family of 5 plus our little dog. The location was great as well, just under a mile walk to downtown. We have zero complaints about the property except that a few of the doorknobs are seeing their age. The doorknob to the back patio came apart as we opened the door on our last full day there. I put it back together as best I could without a screwdriver at the time. The bathroom doorknobs...
