Vacation starts at your doorstep: On the quiet outskirts of Wörgl, the charming, lovingly renovated MAYR 74 holiday home offers views of the Tyrolean Alps. The 75 m² house sleeps 6–8 guests: 6 in double beds and 2 on a sofa bed, best suited to children, teenagers or shorter stays. Two separately accessible units, each with its own kitchen and bathroom, make it ideal for two families, extended families or groups of friends. Enjoy relaxing days in the private garden
Wörgl is located at the entrance of the Brixen Valley and combines a central location with excellent accessibility. Within a short drive, you can reach some of the most popular ski and hiking regions in Tyrol, including Wilder Kaiser–Brixental, Hohe Salve, Wildschönau–Alpbachtal, as well as the Kufstein area.

The town itself offers a very good infrastructure with restaurants, cafés, shopping facilities, leisure activities, and a train station with regional and national connections. This makes it easy to plan excursions throughout the entire Tyrolean Alps region – in both summer and winter.

Thanks to its location between Innsbruck, Kufstein, and Kitzbühel, Wörgl is a versatile starting point for varied holiday days in the Tyrolean Alps.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
