"I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...

"everything about the property was fantastic. There was a couple of things that are tired but I just put that down to wear and tear staff is amazing. The cleanliness is unbelievable. Great choice of wine and beer , fantastic location real village feeling everybody was so friendly in the area"

"The hotel was well located to the centre of town and the main railway station. The staff were excellent and very accommodation with baggage storage and a room change we had to make. Unfortunately one of their guests on Jan 20th smoked Marijuana and the ground stairs lobby and lift stank of the smoke. Shame because of this i could only give them 3 stars."
