The approximately 80 sqm house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom on the 1st floor, an additional toilet on the ground floor, a high -quality kitchen and a spacious residential dining area with a view of the garden

A child -friendly equipment with high chair, cot and staircase is a matter of course for us.

Our cozy terrace with Louche furniture and with its own dog beach basket invites you to relax.

Two car parking spaces are located directly at the house. Our bicycles are available to your own responsibility free of charge.

Due to the quiet location of the house in a dead end, children and dogs can play carefree.

The beach and the sea awaits you after about 800 meters.
