"Hotel maravilhoso, quarto confortabilíssimo, café continental excelente e boa localização."

"Very nice hotel and the location is amazing. We walked to the Rocky Stairs, City Hall, Love park. And all the shops on Chestnut street. Also there is a cafe and a restaurant in the lobby and a rooftop mexican bar. the room we stayed on 9th floor looks brand new and modern. Loved the city, loved the vibe."

"The staff clearly did not want to be there. They were extremely unfriendly and couldn’t even manage a smile. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I strongly recommend providing customer service training for your staff. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. "Hotel atende as expectativas. Quarto bem confortável!"

"It was our first time staying here! We loved it! Felt like more of a home than a hotel and we had a ton of space in our room! Microwave with mini fridge is amazing so we could enjoy meals we had more than once! Loved the location and we had a wonderful time! Staff was quick at responding when we had questions! Thank you!"

Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

"Quarto muito bem arrumado e limpo. Quanto aos funcionário são super atenciosos. Inclusive precisei de ajuda para solicitar comida, e um dos funcionários não só me ajudou quanto ao pedido, como também foi buscar! "

"It was very dark in the hotel. Room layout was unusual with shower window to the rest of the room and door to the toilet was not floor to ceiling and not sound proof at all. Fine for a married couple but not ideal if I were traveling with someone else. Bar area/lounge was very cool. Staff were very good."

"Funcionários educados e eficientes. Quarto limpo, decorado com móveis antigos. Ar condicionado em boas condições. Café da manhã excelente!"

"Super recomendo, lugar excelente, perto de tudo, muito bom!"
