The Space:

This bright apartment is located on the ground floor of the front building at Neustadt 31 – right in the centre of Wismar's charming historic Neustadt quarter. Ideal for couples or small groups wanting to explore the city at their own pace.



The apartment offers a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all essentials. There is also a shared inner courtyard – with seating, tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Bikes can be safely parked there as well.



Self check-in via key box makes your arrival easy and flexible.



Guest Access:

Key box in the entrance hall of Neustadt 35.



1. Go to the main entrance of Neustadt 35.

2. Enter your given code (will be sent before arrival).

3. In the hallway on the left wall: find the key box for "Neustadt 31 EG" → code will be sent before arrival.

4. Take the key → walk through the building into the backyard.

5. Turn right in the backyard → second door on the right (Neustadt 31) → open with key.

6. Apartment on the ground floor.



The Neighborhood:

Wismar has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2002, together with Stralsund. The apartment is located right in the heart of the historic Neustadt quarter – the Old Harbour is just a ~1-minute walk, and the grand Market Square with its historic Wasserkunst fountain is about 5 minutes away.



Wismar's beautiful old town offers numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops – all within walking distance. The train station is about 15 minutes on foot.
