Charming property on a quiet cove creating a relaxing atmosphere. Sand beach made getting the SUPs and kayaks out easy. Three season porch provided beautiful views and a great place for eating and games. Kitchen could benefit from a couple large serving bowls. In cabin washer dryer was very handy. Air conditioning kept as all comfortable even in 80-90 degree heat.

Excellent Location

The cottage sits on the shore of Lake Delton. It is very close to many Wisconsin Dells restaurants and attractions. The property itself is clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay nice renovation

vintage cottage has been renovated and it looks excellent very happy with this rental would definitely come back My only comment you need to add another section to your dock because the dock is not long enough for a boat

Cozy cottage

Incredibly peaceful. The small beach was great for both the young and old. Easy to catch large panfish from the pier. Great views of the lake. Cottage was cozy and inviting

The cottage is named vintage which is exactly what it is It’s perfectly minimally updated Cozy comfortable with great deck, yard, and waterfront We would stay all summer if we could!

Great Place, Steep Driveway

Great place and comfortable. Has a wonderful view right on the lake and a great 4 seasons room to look at the water from. There is a very steep driveway that is difficult to get out of and would be bad if it was icy or snowy. We didn't have any issues because it was dry, but you need to be wary of vehicles when driving out of it. Close to everything in the Dells including the water parks but secluded enough for some quiet. Had an issue with the AC / Heater units which all seemed to stop working on our last night which made it hot and difficult to sleep. Overall great stay.

Ski weekend

Simple cabin with everything we needed! Pups enjoyed the yard and getting to tag along. Close to food and cascade mountain for some skiing and tubing family fun!

Decent cabin

I agree with most of the reviews. The cabin was laid out nicely and would be an awesome small family getaway if you wanted to be on the lake. In totality, it was a nice place. I will say that the grill is on its last legs and I had to shut one bedroom door due to the noise coming from one of the HVAC systems (sounds like a bearing is going).

Great location, very functional cabin… however…

For starters the check in process was ridiculous- after 3 hour drive, we had to drive downtown dells to an EMPTY management office just to call the main number and get a lockbox combo… not sure why the lockbox couldn’t be on site !!!??? The cabin was extremely functional for a family - amenities were great - washer dryer, dishwasher, toaster, ac in every room which was extremely efficient , fireplace. However - the cabin was not clean when we got there - there were clumps of hair in the shower of variety of colors - gross. Also toilet seat had dried stains on it which I cleaned as soon as we got there - again - gross. Additionally there were spiderwebs and spiders EVERYWHERE- every corner including bathrooms had multiple webs- spiders were everywhere - if it wasn’t for the fact that someone left a review just two weeks before us I would’ve thought it was vacant for a year…. It may be due to the fact that the front door should be replaced including the front door screen ? Also agree with prior reviewers - charcoal grill is not usable - looks like someone detonated a firework there or something, getting down to the parking off the street is so steep we would scrape the engine of a minivan - until we figured out the right angle, dock is too short to even jump off for a swim but sand at the shore so we were swimming off the beach. With small improvements it would have been an amazing experience.

VINATGE CABIN STAY

Great location, view & lodging. Loved the deck, sunroom & firepit area. Loved the ability to drive down to the cabin for unloading/loading luggage & for senior citizen accessibility. Only critique is that the top of the driveway is "humped up" in a way that your car exhaust will hit/drag if you don't enter/exit just at the correct angle.

The Dells is all you expect

For the price this cottage had location! We were disappointed that things that should have been there weren’t: gas grill, fire starter, quiet AC, toilet paper, well appointed kitchen. I don’t want to call the owner for things that should be there

Great Cabin, Undersized Dock for a boat

The cabin is nice. So nice to have a dishwasher, AC units in every room, nice furniture, although the bed frames and mattresses leave something to be desired. However, the dock is BARELY usable for a boat larger than a jet-ski. It is incredibly short, much shorter than the neighboring docks. Pair that with extremely shallow water and you’ll need to be comfortable with your boat bottom sitting in the sand which makes every boat ride a challenge because all the passengers need to hop on at the end of the dock or pile into the stern of the boat to hopefully get the boat floating. Nothing wrong with the dock for swimming or fishing from, but I would not advise using it for a boat. (Ours was 16’ and about half of it was beyond the end of the dock) Also, not a cleat to be found and bring lots of fenders.

Great Cottage

We visited the Dells area because it was a close location to our daughter in Baraboo and good friend from Madison. It happened to be the classic car weekend, which did take away from the peaceful setting of the cottage. But that was our fault. But the weekdays we were there were relaxing and peaceful. My only suggestion was more serving dishes and food storage options. And also, no dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. It was a great place to stay with our pet. Thanks for the great week. And a boat tour is a must, it was pet friendly and very enjoyable.

Nice family weekend!

Cabin feel was great with a beautiful sunroom. Our dog loved laying in the sun/sunroom for hours. Location is perfect with the walking path around lake Delton and awesome restaurants and waterparks closeby. Would love to stay again when it's warmer and enjoy the water and fire pit.

Peaceful and pleasant.

Great view out the 4 season porch. The place is very comfortable and well equipped. One suggestion is instructions for operating the TV/DVD player. We had trouble getting a signal and didn’t know what to do. But they sent somebody out so we wouldn’t miss the Packer game 😀. The staff we encountered were professional, friendly and helpful. Thank for great place to celebrate my wife’s birthday.

Great cabin!

Great experience from checking in to leaving. Staff was super friendly. Could smell the clean as we opened the door. Plenty of heat and hot water for a cold snowy weekend. Staff plowed the driveway early so we could get out and about. Great location. Plenty of dishes. Everything was great!

Lake Delton Stay

The house is as the pictures would have you expect. There is a firepit near the waterline. Also, a nice little pier. As an aside, the driveway is at a very steep angle and the parking area is small (i.e. couldn't see the driveway over the hood of vehicle upon initial entry). They have individual HVAC systems in each room (nice). The floor had a lot of gritty stuff along the sides by the walls (dirt, hair, food, etc.) in every room. The view out back was peaceful though. Not a lot of traffic on the water. except the occasional pontoon.

Quite and Relaxing

This is such a cute little place. Right on the lake, spaced away from neighbors to be quite yet only a few minutes from restaurants and activities. We will definitely be back!!
