The Space:

This private lodge is great for large family reunions, corporate retreats and group outings.



North woods design and modern aesthetics throughout.



The 4th bedroom with the king bed is located in the separate game room building at the front of the property.



Guest Access:

Guest will be able to access the entire property via smart locks with access codes.



There are two buildings, the main house and an additional one bedroom game room.



The Neighborhood:

The property less than 5 minutes from downtown Wisconsin Dells, public access to the Wisconsin River, and 10 minutes to all the Dells' major waterparks, shopping, dining and attractions.



Getting Around:

Lyft, Uber and Taxi services available.



Other Things to Note:

Starter supplies of toiletries, paper products (paper towels, toilet paper) and garbage bags are provided. For those with large groups or extended stays, it is suggested to bring additional supplies.



Propane is provided for the grill and firewood is provided for use at the fire-pit.



No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring



If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.



Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.



Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.



No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.



If the property allows motorized vehicles, damages caused by the tenant through the use of motorized vehicles, including but not limited to ATVs, UTVs, and motorized bikes, will be charged back to the guest at cost. The Guest agrees to pay for all damages caused by the tenant's and their guests use of motorized vehicles.

This unit is professionally managed by Patriot Properties. Please communicate directly through your booking platforms messaging system. If necessary, call the main office line to contact management, after hours emergency information will be available at the main office number.
