Piers & Pines is a great Dells getaway location! The condo is located about 30 yards from the outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), next to the children's play area, and with a water view. This beautiful property is perfect for a family's summer vacation or a winter ladies' getaway to Sundara. Golfers are just one mile to Wild Rock! There is a wide path for walking or biking that passes by this property for you early morning exercise people.

Piers & Pines is the kind of place where you wake up in the morning and drink coffee on the screened in porch, easily come and go from the pool, and let the kids run free in the play area. You may fish from the docks, play volleyball on our grass court, or enjoy BOTH of our beach areas as well!

Living Room - 2 foldaway twin beds, 50" Roku TV. Fireplace is locked in accordance with local laws. We have an electric fireplace on the wall that may be used.

Guests have access to use everything on the property with the only exception being the clubhouse. The clubhouse is reserved for owners only. Don't worry, you're not missing anything.

We are available to respond if you need us, but we will give you the space you need to have a great vacation.

Island Pointe is a lakefront community comprised of full-time residents, weekenders, and guests.
PETS: No pets of any kind are allowed on the premises or in any unit.

Fire: No campfires, no charcoal, and no fireworks are allowed on Island Pointe Resort. No Smoking in units.

Firearms: No firearms are allowed on the property.

Boats: No boat or watercrafts are allowed in the swimming areas. Guests will park the trailers in our secured lot across Canyon Rd.

Trash: Garbage and Recyles must be disposed of into proper dumpsters

Parking: Park in desginated blacktop parking areas or between the pine trees. No motor vehicles are to be driven on the property.

Property Equipment at Island Pointe Resort: Please refrain from removing the chairs from the clubhouse, beach or pool areas.

Pool: Parents must accompany children. Babies must wear swim diapers. You swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Glass is not allowed in the fenced pool area.

Person on reservation must 21 years old or be preapproved by host.
